Synopsis
The shop had a hiring problem and a story problem. It could not describe what it did without giving somebody a plant tour.
Cold Steel is a seven-minute recruitment film cut from four shift days, built around the people who run the floor rather than the equipment they run.
One edit, two rounds of notes. It now opens the company's trade school visits.
